Email hello@mygrocerypal.co.uk. It reaches the person who builds and runs MyGroceryPal, and every message is read.
Replies normally take a couple of days. Data requests under UK GDPR are answered within one month, as the privacy policy sets out.
Reporting a wrong price
This is the most useful thing you can send. Include:
- the address of the product page on this site,
- which store's price is wrong,
- what that store is actually showing, and whether you saw it online or in a shop.
There is also a report link on every product page, which sends the same details without you having to type them out.
Reporting a mixed-up product
If one product page is showing two different products, say which store's listing does not belong. Multipacks and own-label lines that share a name are where this usually happens.
A missing product or store
Send the product name, the store, and a link to the retailer's own page for it if you have one. For a store that is not covered at all, just name it.
Accounts, alerts and data
For account, alert or shopping-list questions, the support page answers most of them. For a copy of your data, a correction, or erasure, email the address above from the address on the account, or follow the account deletion steps.
Press, brands and rights enquiries
Use the same address and say what the enquiry is about. Enquiries about a product listing, a trade mark or a rights concern are answered by the operator personally rather than by a form.
Who you are contacting
MyGroceryPal is run independently in the United Kingdom by one person, and is not affiliated with any retailer.
